In 1968 El Fogoncito was born, a different bet in casual food, directed to a young and demanding market, where the service, the quality of its products and the new Tacos al Pastor would mark forever the consumption habits of Mexico.
After several political and economic crises, in 1990 Carlos achieved his first franchise contract, which marked a turning point.
Today, the El Fogoncito brand continues to consolidate what was once a small business and employs over 750 people. It is present in Mexico, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Honduras, among other markets.
