Florentina has more than 7 years of experience in developing and implementing HR processes within banking, private and non-governmental sector in Kosovo, Western Europe and Latin America. Since 2010, she is the co-founder of the private enterprise, Business Development Institute LLC. As an entrepreneur, she has built a successful business’ client portfolio. She compiles and delivers training programs such as: HR Management; Performance Management, Communication and Sales Training, Stress Management, Team Building and other related programs. In her talk Florentina discusses the obstacles she faced as a woman entrepreneur in Kosovo, and ways to overcome those obstacles.
