Here is Something You Should See…

Times of crisis grant us the opportunity to accelerate change toward a new normal. But how can and shall this look like? Today, more than ever before, we are in need of future visions and stories we collectively believe in. In times of dystopias, negative and fake news, and leader narcissism, we urgently need positive visions that unite us in striving for and creating desired futures. To catalyze a concerted effort to future-proof our species, we need a connected mind, exponential thinking, and an abundance mindset. In his talk, Arndt will outline three fundamental vision narratives for the 21st century that will future-proof humanity:
(1) Living systems: Boosting adaptation, anti-fragility & circular design. Learning from nature to redesign our organizations, processes, and societies. (2) Reinventing humanity: Awakening and amplifying human potential. Radical collaboration and trust-based interactions rooted in empathy and value-creation. (3) Exponential technologies: Tapping abundance and accelerating change. Making scarcity and exploitation business models obsolete by 10x-ing impact and societal growth. All three narratives are powerful by themselves. Only together do they become transformative. This is what Arndt calls ‘hybrid thinking’, breaking the silos and dissolving the boundaries of what separates us. We have the greatest tools in our hands. We just have to hybridize them, connecting the dots between human collaboration, emerging technologies, and living systems.

  1. Oh, and absolutely NEVER make brain computer interfaces mandatory! If you have the technology to design society where that is the norm, you also have the technology to design society where people who do not want or need that type of stuff can get by exactly as we are now with our bank cards, cell phones, tv's, etc, LET US GO OUT IN GRACE. As for BCI's, i have absolutely no use for it, ill call my kids, go over to their houses, i dont want ANYONE to know what im doing, thinking, going, because we'd all have our brains linked together. Im not against the tecnology, use it if you want, even my kids could use it, i wont. One thing thats NEVER MENTIONED is the laws and regulations, and most important the right to unplug, and search the entire web, companies, governments, other people, for any /all/ or any portion of your data and ACTUALLY DELETE IT, EVEN IN EVERY SERVER /WAREHOUSE/STORAGE FACILITY ON THE ENTIRE PLANET. You need to do all that first.

  2. If humans might not have to work in the future, how am i going to afford my hobbies of installing aftermarket car stereos and equipment, and especially restoring an old car , driving it around (with no gps or tracking electronics) on the weekends and drag racing it at the track now and then. Just where is that money going to come from?

  3. What if your own mom want you to be afraid since she's been doing it and she's proud to avoid harm? What to do when she's thinks thinking negative is positivity? I hope to get advice on how to respond. Thank you.
