Awesome Tip: WHY ARE ARTISTS NOT DOING THIS? (ADVICE FOR RAPPERS) | DAILYVEE 325

I think that there are multiple billion-dollar companies and brands that will go out of business because they think of themselves too highly and are not engaging with their consumers in the way that they should be… There is so much missed opportunity here, which is just going to lead to them dying off.

Did you notice that “DailyVee 325” isn’t listed in the title? Me and my team are thinking about leaving it out since every video on this channel is going to be a part of the DailyVee series… What do you think?

Really great to get the opportunity to talk to my man Big K.R.I.T. – I hope you guys find some value in the conversation we had! Check him out!:

Thank you for watching this video. I hope that you keep up with the daily videos I post on the channel, subscribe, and share your learnings with those that need to hear it. Your comments are my oxygen, so please take a second and say ‘Hey’ ;).

  1. I'm happy I stuck around and watched through the entirety of the video, great advice between big K.R.I.T. and Gary, I'll be sure to start implementing the ideals, values, and concepts that are broken down in this video, thanks for sharing Gary Vee!

  2. Music is nothing but storytelling. An album is often a story line. I get the follow up momentum part, but like a part 2 of the same song melodically? Wouldn’t that be boring? A ton of artists release songs once a month to keep the flow. Other artists do behind the scenes and explain how the song was made (Taylor Swift is a prime example). I have always wanted to go hard with my social media presence and tell a visual/audio story over time in a series. Maybe I should start recording my sessions more. And then play the song as the end of the video. Hmm.

  3. this guy can suck a dick and provides nothing of value other than the illusion of knowledge from constantly talking and is likely really lonely with thousands of people around him and not a single friend but he doesn't need friends cause his brain can't process human emotion so good for him but my dude not really know much, his brain just naturally produces cocaine 24/7

  4. Piggy bank on the momentum….many classic rock bands did it over label pressure for success, most follow-ups in the heat of cash failed. I get where Gary V is coming from but composing, harmonically speaking is not so easy because of the artist not wanting to repeat himself in terms of style and production. Doing a quick update turns music is a great idea for rappers, for people who play instruments it is a different arena…..Gary V struck a chord (pun intended) and it has made me think big time. Always preacher of digital light
