  1. 'If you want to be an anomaly you have to act like one'
    Damn that hit home!!
Do you think that when you allow yourself to be that anomaly that you draw toward yourself the people that will support what makes you different and that by living as your anomalous passionate self, you may eventually attract those that didn't get you at first?

  2. Hey Gary, thank you for all you do. You inspire me to action daily. RESUME: I'm 29, I'm married, I own an internet marketing company, I rap and have a mixtape I can send you, it isn't out yet (it's impossible to over hype my talent, but I'll try. When you listen to JamainM: Council of One, you will consider me one of the best lyricists you've ever heard), this is my first day as a civilian (I did 5yrs in the AF, 4 as an intelligence analyst), I'm an expert researcher, my schedule is my own, I live in Tucson, AZ (4yrs), my wife and I are from Jersey and plan on going back to live there in a few years, I've deployed twice in the last 2 years, I got a Commendation medal on my first deployment as an E4 (this is rare), I take initiative, I play my role on the team, I love to work alone and I love to lead and direct other's toward a common objective, I was 1 of 5 enlisted airmen to get coined by the Chief of Staff of the AF on my base of ~5,000, FULL DISCLOSURE: I was Administratively Discharged (under honorable conditions) for getting caught smoking weed 2 days after coming back from my second deployment on Oct 26, 2016. Moving on, I've written hundreds of intelligence assessments, the Jets are my aunt and I's team, I've briefed hundreds of commanders and operators to help form combat strategy (sometimes provided in near real time). How can I use these resources to help you spread your message and meet your other goals? I'm honored that you're even reading this and I daily look forward to working with you. – Jamain M.

  3. This is one of your best, Gary. I love blasting these to my close circle and reading their responses.
We started a commercial construction YouTube and we're working on our social media. When we run into clients downtown Austin, people tell us two things…they love it and that we're kinda crazy. Lovin it

  4. Gary, it is time you make a positive list of people who you think are real and have something to say. Like it or not people are hungry for insights, knowledge and tactics, so you can't avoid investing into knowledge but at the same time there are so many "fake" non-practitioners making money by telling people how to make money. You are the 1% that sees through this. So who is real? The Neil Patels of the world? Etc… (if the Vaynernation has an insight here – replies are welcome)

  5. Good on you for building, bridging, and infusing the gap between top talent and ownership. I felt Lindsey's pain and frustration in previous roles with trying to grow her own "mini" business inside your bigger ecosystem. The "Gary Tax" is a great way to tear down that wall and still have her able to voice her opinions with the "Welllllll I don't think it's a verryyyy good ideeaaa" situations.

Win / Win for both parties and if it doesn't work…no harm, no foul and you've ID'd an even better A-Team player throughout the process who's proven to even better align themselves with your ultimate vision.

It gets ugly when those two worlds don't align correctly and I've seen top talent intentionally sabotage projects, bids and shipments out of pure ego / just to prove the owners wrong.

    Keep it up

  6. Gary, I totally agree that you can and should build your company by being a good person too. Thanks man, always inspirational. I also believe in documenting and sharing the daily grind of running a business which I have been doing now, it's not the easiest thing in the world but it's totally gratifying.

  7. Yo guys. my dad always buys reduced clothes in stores ( C&A, H&M) to example he bought me a Sweater from Jack and Jones for 15 Dollars, but the original Price at the beginning was 40 $. so I mean if I buy for 15 $ and sell it for 40 $ (new, never weard)  on eBay thats would be a Profit of 25 $. I mean it sounds so simple, you know ? but does this shit really work ?
