  1. I have the feeling that this guy is promoting modern slavery.
    1. why should I work for free for a company that makes millions and can easily pay for new employees? isn´t that the way the white founders of america made their wealth? by having free labor from black slaves.
    2. Why should I use my time and my skill to help the top 1 percent richest people in the world to get even more richer? shouldn´t make more sense to give that free labor to some other entepreneurs, or other small bussiness that are struggling to survive or are lossing the race against the big companies?
    3. So what makes you think that once you get to work for free for a big company like amazon or Netflix, you will get the chance to recieve mentorship from the top ceo´s of the company, most likely you will end up spending your time around the maintenance people or any other clerk that most likely are there because they dont have an entepreneur mindset, and they only see themselves as employees.

Never work for free for a big company, they have plenty of money to hired and pay labor, and if you really want to work for free, work for the family business, help a friend with his/her small company, they really need it. In a small company you have a better chance to be listened, and to participate and to be creative.

  2. As a kid from an upper middle class family, I appreciate an entrepreneur who puts money first only as a measurement of business. I would love to be rich as fuck but coming from money made me realize that it’s not everything. Once the thrill wears off you’ll find yourself needing some sort of real fulfillment. That’s why I’m in music. It makes me good money for the college kid I am, but allows an outlet for my creativity. That’s what you gotta find.

  3. Happy New Year everybody!!! Would like to see everyone dedicate as much time as they can to building their passions and turning it in to something profitable. Escape the reality you live in. Comment your passion or side hustle and I'll check it out!!

  4. Sell blow pops Hahaha I loved this because it reminded me on how I used to Sell candy/ Chips around my neighborhood ( I used to go into Offices to sell these snacks, did lunch and Coffee Runs for them as well. ) Passed out Flyers, Walked dogs and also sold Stuffed animals and other good clean items I found in the TRASH! YES in the trash because to someone it was but to me it was an additional way to come up on $40 $50 $60 that I Did not have.. Note: I did all this at 7-14 Years old, then I ventured off new business plans. Like Gary says it's something in MY DNA !!!!!!!!!!!! No one made me, I made myself and I will continue to perfect myself.

  5. I'm doing a minor in Entrepreneurship. It's about specialised management training for people starting small businesses. It's also about knowing what made other great startups successful, so we can learn from them, and the mistakes of failed startups.

  6. Funny though how the parents, friends, etc. turn all positive for you once you start coming up. Still get the one or two, "must be nice to be so lucky." Is what it is, the only noise I hear is that of the grindstone.

  7. Its all perspective. Theres a lot of shit you say i can relate to. or know ppl that do but can't help but feel that a lack of gratitude/humbleness fucks a lot of ppl up. And wasting opportunities. Thinking about taking more than giving. Having an imaginary worth. It all boils down to gratitude.. something in DNA or whatever i dont know… Empathy for the trust-fund kid is easy to have, with some perspective. Cold hard truth to self is harder, imo. Great episode. as always
