  1. All of my success was built on the least sexy thing. It made me miserable in early life and school.

I liked books, photography, computers, design, and was into strategy games and buying and selling Yugioh trading cards on eBay and the local card shop.

All of those things played a roll in me building a successful business and personal brand years later.

  2. holy shit. Gary speaking his truth and he's a savage. But he is only a savage compared to what we are unfortunately used to, which is lies. I think that's, why these videos are so impacting and so inspiring. You don't have to say a lot, watch his face, how he talks, how he addresses other people. his tonality. Every second you watch, there's something t pick up and start implementing. The truth will set you free, apparently

  3. 16 hour days. I say this to people who want to get into real estate and they look at me like I'm stupid. They think they are going to come into this business and do it part time. LMFAO. My childhood friends spend more time chasing Softball Sundays and following every one of their favorite sports teams every single day, but can't understand how they could put in a 16 hour day. Meanwhile, while I'm investing that time in my future, they are investing it in games. Look, I'm a Mets fan, a NY Giants fan, a NY Rangers fan, a NY Knicks fan BUT I am a success fan even more than that. If the Mets win the world series, I still have to pay my bills. If they lose, I still have to pay my bills. So win or lose, I am more focused on MY win or lose! Thanks for this Gary. It's Saturday at 8:52 PM and I am getting ready to go to a bar. NO, not to drink but to speak with the owner who will be there today and needs to sell his NYC Manhattan Condo. No one else would meet with him this late at night on a Saturday. I saw an opportunity. He wants to pay me to sell his Condo AND pay me to instruct his crew once a month on how to use social media to increase traffic into the bar and therefore increase their bottom line as far as tips and opportunities are concerned. I'm batting a double header with this guy. Two jobs, ONE meeting. DAMN!!!
