When you love what you do, the “hustle” IS the payoff.

Business is my vehicle, and I wake up every single day feeling so grateful that I get to do what makes me happy … even when I “micro-fail” in the day-to-day.

When you get to that place mentally, amazing things start to happen.

  1. Gary is 100% spot on at 9:45 – asking the right questions is key- even though incredible cliche in the consulting world. You can make up for a lack of deep expertise when talking to a subject matter expert by framing questions in the right way. In software, if you know the end goal of the user, it can help you reverse engineer the process (though a lot of times backing up into some pretty deep weeds) and help you figure out the answer and best path forward from the problem. However – no guarantees your head won't hurt along the way – definitely the dirt before the clouds!

  2. i really appreciate how you make you're video's you let me think of making my own YouTube channel and now i also make video and all because you inspired me.
and hope everyone to see this comment to have a nice day

  3. Thank you, Gary, for setting the benchmark high to chase after. This video was the tipping point for me to get engaged on YouTube for creating video content to document my journey toward figuring out web development and digital marketing that my audience will want to watch. I will suck at this, but I embrace it. Grateful for your help.

  4. Not even sure what you call that type of dance, but it WAS amazing. (the dance) Whoa. And yeah, great notes on this vid. I'm seeing patterns. Take advantage of social media and Put. Out. Content.
