  1. I like how he’s promoting self obligation, and that everyone can make themselves successful. Just don’t agree on this whole “privilege” thing in America. There are so many opportunities for American citizens no matter your race. There is struggle found everywhere as well.

  2. This video really spoke to me. This is exactly how me and my husband started our business reselling thrift store clothes, by styling women's clothing lots then we morphed it into other things. I remember back in 2005 my family believed if you resold or had a business on ebay then you weren't really working and it was play play. Now look at ebay sellers that can go and make millions. Its just crazy, humbled, and really felt this post. love it

  3. 6:15 Yes!!! I ♡ Big Sean!

I think trying to monetize your 2 & 1yr old kids is such a joke. Not having your own talent but making money off of your children who don't have an option…. not into it

28:00 how does he not know what cilantro is, damnit Cha

35:00 ugh these calls all sound the same to ME — can only imagine how annoying that gets to him

#QOTD I feel like I've had privilege of being a racially ambiguous pretty girl, but it's taken a super long time to realize that living in cities where it's mostly white ppl on vacation or with money even though I wasn't ever close to being rich. I'm not 100% sure how to answer this question, but I know being a female is both a Pro & Con, but what isn't? People saying you look "exotic" is a Pro & Con because you'll always be treated off your looks regardless how or why, before circumstances and character come into play, which will then affect it even more

Everyone has some kind of privilege & everyone lacks something

  4. So you guys are already talking about all the subjects I wanted to talk about that influence motivation and success, of course that you realized by experiences wile I did by scientific research, (I’m a psychologist by the way) and here’s the thing, we has been knowing this for years, and know is you has inspire me to be more aggressive with the spread of this knowledge to modern culture

  5. So this guy has made a couple thousand dollars flipping and is worring about make it big?, if I where him I’ll be super pump and more motivate than ever to keep working, his looking at the fucking glass half empty, focusing on how much he´s still have a to come but he’s already making “a couple thousand dollar” that’s why people fails, they focus on how much is left to do and that will demotivate anyone

  6. im black but i believe that it is kind of shitty to whites that we can go and say some rude shit to them and it is funny but if they come and do that they are racist even though that fucked up shit happened so long ago it is not even relevant for the most part :/ i have a white friend who sits there and cries cuz at my school most kids are black and he has gotten to were he wishes he was black so all of us need to be a little more considerate : ) thank you for bothering to read this

  7. All those male gametes we provide is only genetic appearance. There is the 'you' as in soul spirit and is able to live within any of these combinations of genes. Of course it's not that simple. And yes divine privilege should be a blessing. And not to take anything away from the book. But it's not 40 whatever billion trillion spirits waiting to invest into each male sperm…

  8. Charalamagne, GV, I’m a fan of both your works. Just wanted to say great insightful vid, but Blacks are not privileged. Too much evidence current and historical;  If Blacks were America and the World would be a lot different.

Gary said it’s a good time to be black. Would U trade places with a Blackman who’s worth $200 bil, ppl love him like they love the pope or Michael Jackson?

  9. It is very difficult to grasp this in the context of structural inequality and racism hence why so many people – including myself – struggle with the idea. But having looked beyond my immediate circumstances or rather ironically looking at my immediate circumstances with a different, more optimistic and proactive eye as opposed to a fatalist/defeatist eye, what C the god is saying is absolutely sound. There is much to cherish about being black and in the current climate it is fairly opportune. This, we can instrumentalise to "build the biggest building" be it ourselves or in our communities. Thank you for the wisdom gentlemen.

  10. I'm sorry but when that guy said he wanted to go to mars I started laughing idk why, like I hope he accomplishes his dreams but idk it was just funny to me and then you can tell Gary was kinda done with the conversation after that
