Business Tips: Breaking the Mental Health Stigma | Interview With Hassan Yasin
Awesome Tip: Breaking the Mental Health Stigma | Interview With Hassan Yasin
I’ve never meditated and don’t see myself doing it anytime soon.
The truth is, I’m just so damn happy and focused that I don’t need the time “off” or away that meditation offers. My mental health is at an all-time level for me. I’m grateful to be wired the way I am, and it works for me. If meditation works for you, good. If it’s valuable to you, that’s a great use of your time. My “meditation” is being“me.” Because, to me, I meditate 24/7 in parallel with my life.
Special thanks to Hassan Yasin for having me on his podcast!

What other "stigmas" are out there hurting society as a whole?
My favorite parts are below
01:21 to 02:28
04:27 to 05:15
05:43 to 07:33
08:22 to 08:55
09:59 to 11:09
Thank you Mom Vee! Haha
The app is now live on the App Store Guys! iOS now, android coming soon!
His statement as that hateful people are just weak…wow that's a bullseye.
Though many haters probably would never listen to something a jew said.
This one's an important one. 7:45 to 8:55 and 9:35 to 10:20
Woah! Gary nails it. A lot of people think meditation is limited to sitting on the floor repeating a mantra. But to be in a position where you are content and happy at all times within the world is the ultimate meditative state.
Can you link me Hassans Twitter, thanks!
This is incredible Gary. I have created an online blog which aims to break the stigma of mental health. It encourages people to get outdoors, journal their experiences and how it improves their mental health.. anyone can add their story, you can find my blog at http://www.bethesherpa.org.au
As always, keep up the great content!
Thanks for the vid MUM!! Loved this one as it hits home freaking hard!
this video is good but fucking up the camera work at the beginning is brutal! the message is gr8!
Assholes who are on some agenda, promoting things that lead people to failure ie brainwashed by TV. Mindless puppets
I'm not gonna lie, there are some really bad fuckin people in the world. It is all to do with drugs.
And boy do you give back Gary. Thank you brother.
We are all trying to break through the years of social conditioning that our early lives gave us. Gary, the greatest gift your mum gave you was not giving a fuck about what other people think! The minute we reach that point of enlightenment we have cracked it!
Thank you fro visiting
Thank you mom
Truth. Great video!
Mom
He also wants to be remembered as the coolest hippest .. Lets be real
every time i watch a garyvee videos i love him even more then before 🙂
"I dont care about money" says the guy with hundreds of millions
I love that the first ten seconds are so important. EMPATHY is so important
Thank you Gary, you are giving me what my parents can't give me … the courage to do something for me and ask the question that am I happy which anyone in my culture never dare to ask…so thank you:)
The camera at the beginning is so awful. Just why not restart?
I’ve watched this video every day now for 2 days
Just had to get meds for anxiety and depression. Now I'm ready to conquer the world.
Awesome Topic, great video.
Thanks Gary/ moodit.
Saying they are weak won't help those people. Some people lack empathy or they don't see any good in their life. I want to be a good person, but don't know how. I've tried to fake it, sending kind messages on instagram, trying to help people out. doing 1,8$ strategy, I've probably did 5$ every day. Till everything crushed. I don't know what happened. I just felt that I don't want to talk to anybody, don't want to see people, even on Internet. Turned my PC off and did nothing for almost a week. Sometimes I have breakdowns. But this time it was the worst. I hated everything and everyone including myself. I was laying down staring at the ceiling thinking if it'll fall on me and cause my death I don't mind. I'm aware I'm weak. I don't know what to do and how to help myself at these moments. How can I spread positivity, love. How can I help somebody else when I don't know how to put my shit together? Plus I live in Ukraine and can't get out coz I don't have money and probably the stable mental health to be able to hustle every day for 15 hours.
Yeah Gary Veegan you're so ahead of the game #goveganworld

you grandkids won't judge what you've posted if you will never have kids think bout that
Thanks for the great pointers about happiness.
Love that you’re talking about mental health. Good luck with your moodit brand… though in my humble opinion I’d say stick with 1 piece of branded clothing. The hat or the shirt but not both.
How crazy life is ? First guy who caught my attention on the internet was tai Lopez and the Lamborghinis in his garage . That video brought me to Gary vee , yes theory and Tom bilyeu . Couldn't be happier !
Damn put that camera on the tripod already!!
Edit: apparently I am broke emotionally… GV is right
How do you setup a meeting with Gary Vee? I'd literally fly to NY. Do you have to pay for it?
With social media creating/adding to anxiety, FOMO, and Depression, it's going to be a challenge when everyone keeps trying to come up with all of these movements and apps to help with the problem that aren't working. Social media and an app is where our society is at, but the research so far shows the ineffectiveness of them. True change is when you meet with a close friend, meet face to face in counseling, sometimes medication works. If there can be a combo of both in person and online interaction and support, then that would work. Government/Public support for Mental health is understaffed and outdated
What is this feel it mood it thing
