I grew up in a family of Entrepreneurs but my grandmother was my most influence and you hit it on the head when you speak of caring for the people more then the business because that is what she did.

This speech is amazing, yet I can't get over the fact that from at 57:22–57:46, when you talk about the ROI of your Zin delivery, it looks like you're constantly rubbing your nipples Gary hahaaha. But besides that, this is incredibly insightful.
