Raimone Roberts, 20 years of military and business experience includes leading & managing programs in the US Air Force totaling over $400 million, in the fields of: Hypersonic Vehicles, Aircraft Modernization, Environmental Evaluation, and Foreign Military Sales. His leadership roles include teams of 200+ people and a participant of strategic planning teams for organizations of 5,000+ people.
Raimone is currently the Chief Strategy Officer for Empire Construction; general contractors with 20 years of experience in institutional, commercial, industrial and transportation construction; completing multimillion dollars worth of projects throughout the US. He also serves as a business advisor with the Small Business Development Center. With hundreds of hours of consulting, he assists clients with financial growth & recovery, marketing, production, manufacturing, growth plans and other business fundamentals.
Raimone has mentored youth for over twelve years. He sits on the board of a non-profit and participates in many efforts to help low-income families and homeless. His awards include Officer of the Year, Air Force Commendation Medal and Eagle Scout. Raimone’s education includes: graduate of National Energy Renewable Laboratory’s Executive Energy Leadership Program, B.S. in G.E. from the U.S. Air Force Academy, graduate of Squadron Officer School, and a MBA from Pepperdine University.
Raimone will tell a story of the past, when racial issues were still on the rise and the innovative approach a select few of people took towards making change possible.
