  1. Thank you for sharing your story. I am a single mom of 3 children. I do not recieve any child support for my children. It is definitely a scary place. Through the struggles…I turned to God. He has been so good to me and my children. My strength, courage, and faith came from God. I am a believer. Many blessings.

  2. And how many single moms had the opportunity to get an aborbion?! Hmm, must be the same number of single moms who make other people responsible for their situations and want them to pay for them! Yeah, that´s right: 100% Don´t play the victim card, princesses! Stand up for your own decisions and be responsible for them!!

  3. Where did she say anything bad about single fathers? And how did she promote being a single mother? She didn't. She was telling her story as well as so many other people's stories about being a single mother with the real factual statistic's and research to back up her story and plan. She didn't once dis single fathers nor did she suggest that they cant be a good single fathers. I Am sure she'd talk about that as well if she had more than 11 minutes to talk. Some times life hands you a bad plate. And she made the best out of a bad situation. She raised 4 kids and they are all doing amazing. She never said she didn't work ,or lived her whole life on welfare. She is a successful business women who used the help the government could offer only when she needed it. Shame on so many of you for making this a debate on the female and Male sexism. When all she was doing was telling her story and shedding light on a topic about being a single parent. She didn't diss her ex husband. And again she didn't promote being a lazy single mother. She clearly is doing well now using the recourses that were available the time she needed help. And now look at her . Doing a TED talk while some of you privileged people will only have the chance or the motivation to write angry, hateful words over the internet.
