Theresia leads by example. A few years ago she started he own VC fund for tech investments and many of the companies she has backed include female founders. Beyond gender she shares why diversity is instrumental for success.
Theresia Gouw is the Founding Partner, Co-Founder, and Managing Partner at Aspect Ventures. She also serves as Special Advisor of Accel-KKR LLC. Theresia serves as a Trustee on Brown University’s Corporation Board, on the board of DonorsChoose.org and as a member of Stanford’s DAPER Investment Fund. She is also a board member of the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA). Before that she was responsible for several Accel’s investments which have had successful acquisition or IPO exits. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of several private companies in both the consumer internet and security sectors.
Theresia holds a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Brown University.
