The journey of an entrepreneur is challenging and requires passion, focus, resolve, and discipline, a never say die attitude. Building any organization also needs ethics, ability to build a team, and get them excited, in my talk have touched upon a few of the above!
Dr. Srikanth Sundarajan has 25+ years of international experience in the software product and services space. He has worked at HP & Informix in the USA and was part of the executive leadership team at HCL. He was CTO at Cognizant & COO at Persistent. Srikanth founded his start-up, Pretzel Logic Software Inc. which was acquired by BEA spinoff WebGain. BEA was later acquired by Oracle. Currently, a general partner with Ventureast, he funds technology-focused start-ups looking to go global from India. He is also a visiting faculty of Computer Science at IIT Bhubaneswar. Dr.Srikanth serves in the national committees of technical education, an initiative of MHRD, India. He is a B.Tech. from IIT, Madras, and an MS/Ph.D. in Computer & Information Sciences from the University of Illinois.
