We must educate the masses and strive to remove any taboo regarding the mental health services and support in our country. It must be shown to all that not only any traumatic episodes, but just the stigma and judgements others practice based on 'superstitious beliefs' alone are enough to push many people's mental health to a bad state.
India do need Mental Health Support based on science than superstition to help the people who are suffering and awareness so that people can accept and understand them.
