  5. Wow! Gary, so impressed you threw down to a corporate crowd. As someone who worked mostly in the corporate world and still navigates it today, their framework is exactly as you say for the far majority: decisions are mostly made based on short term financial metrics and within organizations narcissism: me and fast. That's the majority.

  6. Good stuff Gary. Glad to hear the push for empowering people over profit. If you empower the right people with long term vision, it will lead to more profit than if the sole focus is profitability in the short term.
