  1. #AskGaryVee: Hi Gary, what tool or combination of tools do you use to distribute all your content on the different platforms? I m working on/ figuring out an "architecture" that works for me over the long-term. the entire process: From the "ideas-folder" down to the specific posts within a week. Would love to hear your insights. I m applying your content/pyramid strategie but struggling with a time efficient distribution over several plattforms . all the best. @music_among_lions (instagram), Vollenweider Michael, facebook -> page Among Lions:

  2. Jewel can never "LET GO OF HER PAST". She has told her "HOMELESS STORY". Get over her self. ( SUPER STAR). Not a fan of someone who keeps telling the same story over & over, who never let's go of the past. Keeps her warm at night and keeps her from ever being in a complete relationship due to her being still "BROKEN". Never will she heal from that. No matter how many millions she make's in her life.

  3. All I know about the music industry is what I picked up living with musicians. They schedule most of their shows on the weekends but honestly, I didn't view them as entrepreneurs. I stumbled upon Gary while working for them as a live in nanny (to avoid my own homelessness) and anything I shared that I had learned from Gary's content, they shot down pretty quickly. To answer the question, I'm not sure where Jewel could go from here but as Gary says to mix things up, I think the book is an excellent idea! As we all know Jewel mostly from her music, being able to read about the journey she took sounds amazing to me! Wonderful interview and yes well done Gary for not speaking over her. Also, I've taken note of the nail-biting, ring spinning, and pen-chewing, those are all coping mechanisms of dealing with anxiety or hyperactive energy. I actually love that about Gary because I have crippling anxiety and recognizing that he's not afraid to be in front of the camera chewing a pen or biting his nails or spinning his ring makes me more comfortable about my coping mechanisms. I know I comment often on here but I truly cannot express how much these videos mean to me. I am going through such a difficult time and sometimes Gary's words are the only positivity I hear! I end up in tears over almost every piece of content because I'm trying to erase a lifetime of being called "poor white trash".

  4. So Gary, I highly respect you, to the point where I don't follow anyone else when it comes to motivation , inspiration , advice and so much more. However, Jewels has out done even you, if that is even possible.

  5. I gravitate more to Jewel's approach to life than I do to Gary's, however… I do feel the same as Gary about not needing an escape from the "stresses" of life. as we get older we gain experience and wisdom and we can deal with almost anything that comes our way and it is satisfying to navigate all that stuff, especially when you take emotion out of the equation.

  6. I interviewed Kris Roe of The Ataris about what he thought of internet piracy. This was before streaming music was so common place. He said that he doesn't care about making money off the music, he'll give the music away. The music is a marketing tool to get people to the live shows. I thought Jewel's statement about music not being monetizable in the future was very much along the same lines.
