  1. #QOTD My solution is MOUVE your ass nad be helpfull.

First Time realy I was my own boss.

  2. GaryVee, I think people already told you how overwhelming you are. I hope you are understanding of people with less energy than those three who just called. Some smart and hard working people are quiet introverts, not talkative energy balls.

  3. After watching thousands of videos on YouTube this is the first video I’ve been compelled to post a comment on. That includes at least a hundred GaryV videos. This is on point. Thank you for doing what you’re doing for us.

  4. I think one of my assets is my written skills in French. Most SMB around here suck and make tons of mistakes on their websites and social media pages… and the main language is French.
It's hard to value that though from my point of view: It's directly affecting their branding and reputation, yet it's such a "small" service to offer.

  5. Iv'e become an instant fan Gary! It's real, its honest and it encourages me to to go for it, it gives me the confidence to know that if the start is bumpy it's ok! Use that to grow, I don't want to be scared of the success I know I can achieve! I know I can be bigger that I am. Thank you to your entire team, as I know everyone is as engaged with you otherwise they would not be there, so thank you for your contribution as well.

  6. Small business solution: Culture – To take that a step further, if you have a good culture in a business of any size people are going to WANT to work for you. With the ups, and downs of a typical small business having loyal, and hard working employee's will carry you out of it. As the old saying goes, Culture eats strategy for breakfast.

  7. Gary, I work in a small family run business. We are a high-end dry cleaning shop that specializes in the care of wedding gowns. My question for you is: How would you market to such a small group of people? e.g. Women engaged to be married or recently married. The majority of wedding professionals do not want to overwhelm the brides with more "wedding stuff" that is "non-essential". How would you target such a small group of people for a one-time service?
