Awesome Tip: The DailyVee Every Parent Needs to Watch | DailyVee 589

Parents and children need to be held much more accountable for their own actions and lives and stop trying to control the people around them. Parents need to stop depriving their kids of the lessons learned from failure, and their kids need to stop accepting everything their parents give them if they want to pursue their own passions. Accountability is the framework of happiness and children need to stand on their own 2 feet to get there.

  1. Todays kids are depressed because guys like Gary vee are gassing them up that if they don’t create the next Facebook, or cure cancer they are failing or missing out. Millennials and gen Zers, listen up, it’s ok to be a plumber, it’s ok to work a 9-5, its ok to aim for a 1500 sqft home with a white picket fence, 1.5 kids and two cars.

  2. Dude you should post more short inspirational content, or informative short pieces of content on YouTube. In addition to what you’re uploading, maybe upload long vids Once a week or twice, the rest of the days fill it up with small videos, they’re easier to watch, and they get addictive, just like David dobriks vids. There’s so much content everywhere, having something short and simple to digest every day feels good, and makes you wonder what the long insightful vid of the week will be, and keeps you coming back

  3. Wow This guy Gary V guy is a shameless gritty motherfucker feeding red meat to millennials who don’t want to work for a living. All this guy is doing is promoting platforms for HIS success NOT YOURS.
Wake up people ! Or should I say kids .

  4. Parents stop trying to get us to re-live your lives, you keep on saying i don't want you to go through the same things I went, but if i don't learn from my mistakes i am just going to be a useless potatoe, gary vee is right, i just started a YouTube channel to address these issues, and in a few weeks I will upload a short film directly talking about this situation with parents

  5. Hey Gary I agree with you on this complexity. My parents have been holding me back even form being able to get a license and my Mom want's to be able even choose where I work just because my Mom used to work at a nursing home she had me work at that exact one and I want to be a truck driver and my Mom won't let me so I will move out when I have a license and work on becoming a truck driver and do what I want.

  6. Thank you for this video. What advice do you have for talking with a 6 or 7 year old like you shared for the 15 year old? Attitude, listening to parents, following directions, etc.

    Thanks! Have a great weekend!

  7. waao waaao waaao
I understood it like yrs back
paid for own survival ,until life whacked
still recall, how an arsehole bf thought i was not enough
him being a money minded jerk
    rode his bmw
on his father's money not a penny made from his own to-do
it's like you sell your life to them
in return for flaunting flashy gem?
so i second Gary for this bold statement
i hope kids get it ,else what will be left is to lament
