  1. When my life just took a massive hit I intentionally decided to get rid of everything no matter how nice or expensive . gave 90% away sold some … Get rid of it before it could be taken .. Less pain and more focus

  2. I love this Gary thank you! Your messages about sacrifice and regret always hit home with me. I actually made a "To Do" list called "Eating Dirt" to try to embrace the journey and roll around in the pain. Thank you 🙂

  3. So here's the honest to God truth about who i believe i am at this point in my life (age 22). Im going to do my best to not overthink this and really speak from my heart so I don't sugar coat anything.

The truth is that I care a lot. That pressure comes from wanting to succeed but I also don't want to disappoint my parents and everyone who knows me by not "succeeding". But the truth is that I haven't been working as hard as I've wanted people and myself to believe these past few years. Actually I would argue that the last time I really worked super hard was freshman year of high school. Other than that I've been having spurts of hard work versus literally no work at all. And its funny cause during those times of hard work, I felt unstoppable and like nothing could make me rest but then I'd stop. I haven't been able to find the consistent momentum that I see my dad having like every fucking second of his life. He has done the same thing , every day, ever since i could remember. And he never complains of how hard it is. He just does it and thats why he's the successful man he is.

I've struggled so much with this decision of being a doctor that Im like so tired of doubting myself. Yes, Ive shown that I CAN do the work at times. But am I really ready?? And the true answer to that question is NO. I don't feel ready. I feel like I need some time to figure out if this is really what I want and seriously pursue it like crazy if I make that decision.

Right now, whether its been sleeping too much, skipping class or not turning in assignments, I just don't have what it takes to become a doctor. I somehow mastered how to create this invisible cloak that has masked all my shortcomings from those around me and I guess I come off as really hardworking lol its actually not funny because there are many people who would want to be where I am today but its the truth and thats what I want from now on. To seriously be real with myself.

I need to go back to the drawing board and figure out what it is I'm really doing and how can I do that but also enjoy my life during the process. I don't want to waste anymore money or time. Like enough is enough. I think also being supported by my dad financially made me super complacent and too comfortable in life. I can physically feel on my insides how it feels to only give your life less than 100% day in and day out. And the only person I'm cheating is myself really. When I don't go to bed tired and utterly exhausted by how much work I got done that day, I feel like a liar and a fraud. That was a day someone else could have had to make the most out of. Then it happens again, and again, and again. When I finally make the decision to end the cycle, I've already wasted so much time.

I've always felt that I was supposed to be doing something great and big and something that would help so many people. But there's so many people who I'm sure feel that way so what makes me so special right? I know life won't wait for me to figure it out, but I just feel so empty sometimes and like I know I could be doing better. I just don't know how. Please help

  4. GARRY AND TEAM! ((Question))
I work for American Airlines and can travel around the world for dirt cheap! I have the entrepreneurial spirit but haven't found my passion yet. I want to use the benefits to start a business. I can vlog about traveling but I rather sell products then a service like travel tips… I can use some guidance.
    Thanks homie.

  5. however you need to find a balance between being conservative with how to spend your money in order to further your future success and using your money that makes you happy now. it's all about balance, which is also different for everyone. for garryvee it mightve been they for him he valued his future success more than a few years of being cheap.
