In her TEDxBarnardCollegeWomen talk, Jennifer shares her own story of entrepreneurial spirit, showing one person’s experience of re-imagining leadership to reflect the needs of women and society.

JENNIFER GILBERT is the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of the New York based, 30 million dollar, special events company Save the Date®. She earned the “Entrepreneur of the Year” award in 1998, followed by recognition in Inc. Magazine as one of the “Great Companies Started” and received the Entrepreneur Award of Excellence from Working Woman Magazine. Jennifer’s new memoir is titled I Never Promised You a Goodie Bag.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
