Here’s Great Tip: TEDxRyersonU – Sheldon Levy – Innovation and Entrepreneurship: A New Direction for Universities
Here is Something You Should See…
Sheldon Levy, President and Vice-Chancellor of Ryerson University, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, speaks about the cultures of innovation and how Canada and its universities need to stop “innovation renting”.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

What a nice pile of speak easy crap. "What Canada needs are young people to boil our blood". Canadian history clearly shows that small ideas stay small for the reason that industry leaders, MBA's who are for the majority CEO and decision makers, in fact decide on the exact opposite of innovation. MBA, Management By Assholes. Cdn business deciders keep the status quo. Nothing more.
