  1. Man, I love Gary but this was hard to listen. "Wellness coaches" and similar, are constantly overstepping their profession and talking about shit they don't even know about. Stay in your lane".

    If you aren't educated in Physical Therapy or actual exercise then don't give out the wrong advice as it doesn't help no one. You guys have no idea what you are talking about regarding mobility, movement & self release. Minimal evidence on Foam Rolling, yet rolling itself won't release that "tight" muscle. Let alone if you don't drink water you are most likely dehydrated and causing more stress to your body. "Release Lactic Acid with Foam Rolling" …
