The speaker is a first generation entrepreneur and a successful businessman and the talk tells the viewers about how to be a successful entrepreneur and the genesis of entrepreneurial business building! Mr.Sachin Sabnis is a determined and passionate first generation entrepreneur. He is a Mechanical engineer who started his career by working in various organizations in Belgaum to gain work experience. He started ‘Sai Founders and Engineers’ in 1995 in Udyambag, a small foundry which was successful. He then went on to start ‘Belgaum Ferrocast India Pvt. Ltd in the year 2006.This company has automated foundry and machineshop equipped with latest machines. As the MD of the company , he has travelled across India and the world for Business development and today,BFPL is 70Cr/annum Turnover company with over 450 employees. The companies customers include some of the biggest names in national and international industry. He has an active social life and is a board and council member of several clubs.
He believes in Activism as a way of life. The youth can look up to him to learn everything about leadership and entrepreneurship. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at
