Was it my second or third startup?
I wanted to forget those early failed attempts, but upon selling my software company after 15 at the helm, I was tired and I wasn’t going to jump back into the business world, not right away anyway. Instead I started learning about art. Renaissance Man or pure hubris, I’m not sure which compelled me, but I’ve been a perpetual learner all my life (as in perpetual), so this new found interest was just another in a long series of passions. But this pursuit would be different; this new interest would set wheels in motion
that would change my life. First I had to visit the great museums of Europe then I became a dance photographer in New York City.

About TEDx, x = independently organized event

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.
