Bob Cancalosi who is in charge of Global Training for clients and is a 28 year GE veteran, shares how the company is pushing boundaries and teaching its employees and clients to take entrepreneurial risk.

Bob Cancalosi is one of the 9 executives at GE Crotonville who is responsible for the $1 Billion annual investment in leadership development for GE’s global employees and strategic customers. Bob is a 28 year veteran at GE with a variety of executive roles in Silicones, Plastics, Healthcare and GE Corporate. He has led multiple leadership transformations at GE ranging from 8 years as GE Healthcare’s CLO in building a culture of boundary-less collaboration to the past 3 years in leading the GE Leadership Simplification at GE Crotonville. He currently leads the customer leadership education team at GE where his team delivers high-impact Crotonville leadership learning experiences that drive customer success and accentuate the unique value of GE in strategic markets. Bob has BBA & MBA from St. Bonaventure University and teaches executive leadership at Kellogg & Wharton.
