    business philosophies have always professed Team Building , Team Spirit, Interpersonal Communications etc as core ideals for success . So much so that these terms have become phrases themselves in contextual usages. For all these things , personal connection and relationships are vital and people like you are live examples themselves. I have seen one such magnetic personality in you through my brief yet a memorable interaction with you a long ago. I was delighted by your talks here on TEDx.
