Born in 1977 in Luanda. He has a degree in Computer Science and currently attends the Masters in Electronic Commerce and Internet in UAB Portugal, where he is preparing a dissertation on the legal factors and the expansion of online betting exchanges.

In childhood, the difficulties experienced caused develop their creative skills, always looking to minimize shortages with optimism and solving each problem with the means at their disposal: tin cars, scooters, cars, soap, skateboards, bicycle assembly, assembly computers, etc..

It was a bold entrepreneur who fell in love with computers in 1993, after a course of MS-DOS, Lotus 1-2-3 and dBase. Is enthusiast of new technology, ecommerce, process modeling, business models, project management, HCI, music, photography, film and multimedia.

In 2005 created his first company (official), and in 2007 founded the TROUT, the first magazine Angola on information technologies. Currently dedicated to developing solutions for Internet, through the company TROUT SGC and coordinates a platform for online sports betting (betcerto.com);

Like to share ideas that promote growth through motivation and loves to develop new business ideas, especially those with potential to scale. On the other hand, embraces projects with a social nature, such as the use of new technologies in health, adult literacy, primary education and access to technology for children in disadvantaged areas.
