Manjula Sridhar currently works with a Large MNC as Director for solution sales. She is the co-founder and was the Chief Technology Officer of Aujas Networks, a pure-play digital security services company, her talk draws parallels between experience of completing an Ironman event and dabbling in entrepreneurship. Prior to founding Aujas, Manjula served as “Entrepreneur-in-Residence” at IDG Ventures. She has spent considerable part of her career with lucent technologies. Manjula has M.S specializing in information security and B.E (E & C) from the University of Mysore. She is a great outdoor enthusiast. She completed Singapore Ironman 70.3 in November 2011 to become one of the very few Indian women to have done so. She is a bad swimmer, an average runner and an avid cyclist. She is part of an amateur racing team called Spectrum Racing. She has done many 200KM (13.5 hours), 300KM (20KM), and 400KM(27 hours) brevet rides. She has also completed several cycling tours such as Tour of Nilagiris (TFN) and Tour of Tamilunadu.
