This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. If we take a look at how children live and interact, we’ll notice that their world is far simpler than ours. They live in the present, clearly communicate their wants and are, simply put, happy. What would happen if we followed their example – if we implemented such simplicity in the way we do business? Would we be more successful? Happier even?

Sonja was a career graphic designer before becoming a new mom in 2008 changed her life. What began as a simple search for the best diapers for her baby ended with Sonja co-founding a social enterprise that produces eco-friendly bamboo diapers. Today, four years later, Sonja is a member of the Association of Business Women in Serbia and actively works to promote youth entrepreneurship.
