Business Tips: Why You Need to Put Your Own Happiness First

Awesome Tip: Why You Need to Put Your Own Happiness First

Businesses have problems scaling because of one main thing:

Ego.

So many business owners and operators create arbitrary standards in their head of who they need to hire or what kind of content they need to create predicated entirely on their own subjective opinions.

The reason I was able to build a $150 million+ company in several years?

I had no ego when it came to who I hired or what type of content I put out. I let the market decide what’s good and what isn’t.

  1. @GaryVee I love you! Youre showing your kids what happy lived life looks like? That is the most briliant thing anyone ever said about parrenting, youre just their guide in life anyway, they are their own energy and you speak from my fucking heart! Sending my best wishes! Thanks for every fucking video, I live a dream thanks to your half a year of poundering my brain with right thinking – doing instead of thinking and althought this road is hard and I fukced up a lot of desicions big time, I still love my fucking life, what i do, all 3 companies i share with my partner, great mentor and all of that is thanks to you, because i fucking messaged him on christmass fucking eve at 10:36pm and i just didnt give a shit that its christmass, it was time to do! Thank you man!

  2. Has there ever been a more influential person? Like honestly this dude is so rich, but so selfless. I feel like he would honestly give it all up for everybody else that deserves it, but that's too easy. Plus earning it would feel 1000000 times better.

  3. Just graduated college and instead of taking a job I had no business being in, I went to pursue my music and YouTube career. People might think i'm crazy, but this is the only thing in the world that I think about 24/7 and want to pursue. So thank you Gary for the inspiration.
