Factss
Gary Vee is changing my life at the age of 16
I'm scared of starting a YouTube channel, but I'm doing it anyways
Sometimes your game isn't ready, yet
10 hours a day isnt shit
@GaryVee I believe people can work 16 hour days and still be lazy. How? Because they procrastinate on the very tasks that will move them forward quicker. Ever have a 16 hour day and the most important thing you needed to accomplish didn't get done? Simply because you couldn't face it and procrastinated. It's mental laziness. What does mental laziness look like in your day? Mine is called perfectionism, which is a form of procrastination.
Oh yeah that's soo true.
daaamnnn
So true man, it's that simple. The worst you will get its someone telling you "No", then you keep trucking forward to the next one. If you just stop at that one No, you'll never succeed.
Spot on! I'm still asleep. Need to wake up!!

GARY! I'd like some advice, por favor. I am about to start my first sales job at a Harley Davidson dealership. I have confidence in my people skills, but have mixed up feelings about a commission based job. In short, what would be your main focus in a job like that?

Thank you for giving that to me – i wish i would have a question for you – but im sure that will come with time and work 🙂
Gary I need help. I am a closet singer-song writer. I aspire to be a musician. I am afraid of putting myself out there. I am afraid to putting my music out there. What should I do? Help me
at 0:28 he stops mid way to let the other guy marcus speak this shows a lot
Cause and Effect!!!!! People wonder why winners win… Yet, they know in their hearts why they don't … lazy is a disease and content is a lie they tell themselves…
Agreed! It's not a problem unless there's a solution: "don't fear, hustle" I'm guessing would be your words… Cheers Gary 🙂
@gary vee you forgot to add procrastination, excuses people procrastinate and make a lot of excuses right, Ooh there is no capital, Ooh the economy is bad, Ooh I have to finishing my fucking school, there is so many Oohs excuses talking from folks from Nigeria.

Gary you summed it up perfectly. Its always fear and laziness that holds humans back internally.
Fear & Laziness: Two things I had before that I lack now. F**k fear and get off of your butt. No 1 owes U $hit. I'm in my twenties and I know that entitlement is total BS. "J X – Rebel" Check me out fam.
Dang. This hits home. My lackluster performance in school. My mediocre performance in every activity i've ever participated in. My safe and boring middle management career – all can be summed up by a fear of failure and a lazy execution. That's what changed in the the last year. That's why i'm seeing some small success. Putting myself out there – and being diligent with execution. Thank you! THIS is the advice i wish i could give to my 17 year old self.
