  1. @GaryVee I believe people can work 16 hour days and still be lazy. How? Because they procrastinate on the very tasks that will move them forward quicker. Ever have a 16 hour day and the most important thing you needed to accomplish didn't get done? Simply because you couldn't face it and procrastinated. It's mental laziness. What does mental laziness look like in your day? Mine is called perfectionism, which is a form of procrastination.

  2. GARY! I'd like some advice, por favor. I am about to start my first sales job at a Harley Davidson dealership. I have confidence in my people skills, but have mixed up feelings about a commission based job. In short, what would be your main focus in a job like that?

  3. sometimes people know what's wrong but it's just their decision that determine everything. it's a scary time feeling both fear and lazy, it was just lately that i just do it without thinking too much to make it perfect and not feeling ashamed of failures, hope i could become a new person soon! thanks Gary!

  4. And Gary honestly you were the one who kickassed me out of it. Your few videos i watched those were the words i needed – I wont be around because ill build my business but ill kontakt you soon enough in a few years when i got the business i wanted and the dream im living. Thank you for giving that to me – i wish i would have a question for you – but im sure that will come with time and work 🙂

  5. @gary vee you forgot to add procrastination, excuses people procrastinate and make a lot of excuses right, Ooh there is no capital, Ooh the economy is bad, Ooh I have to finishing my fucking school, there is so many Oohs excuses talking from folks from Nigeria.

  6. Dang. This hits home. My lackluster performance in school. My mediocre performance in every activity i've ever participated in. My safe and boring middle management career – all can be summed up by a fear of failure and a lazy execution. That's what changed in the the last year. That's why i'm seeing some small success. Putting myself out there – and being diligent with execution. Thank you! THIS is the advice i wish i could give to my 17 year old self.
