  1. I've been sharing a lot of your content at our Des Moines-based video agency. These guys and gals were kinda VaynerVirgins before I got here. Now, they're pointing your content out to me. This one is an oldie that the guys dug up and took to heart. Just wanted to give you big props for all of your influence. Time to stick more flags in the ground and go do. Glad you're a part of our team. Ha!

  2. Gary this is my favourite DailyVee so far. I worked for a company for years and hustled for a egotistical man who coveted me and manipulated my emotions to use my talent for personal gain. Sounds very dark but there's a lot of layers to it. You scared me at first because there is a passion for your job that I saw in him in you. I was afraid of investing my time and attention in your content. But in this episode you've given me hope that there are great leaders out there and it is possible to start a company that cares about their employees and makes the effort. You're the real deal I see it. My company is in R&D phase but I can't wait for one day to shake your hand and sit next to you at a conference or even in business and thank you personally for giving me the confidence I needed to see in myself to start building my own empire. I'm quiet on social right now… its percolating

  3. I love watching you. You're very energizing. But you barely hire any people of color. Why? You know how I found out about you? The Breakfast Club. A platform whose target audience is people of color. You say you are trying to help minorities and women build, but you don't hire us for anything. I believe in what you're talking about, but get some brothers on the wall, Sal!

  4. Chief Heart Officer… a leader that just deploys love in an organization. That's how you scale it! Great idea @garyvee & @vaynermedia. It takes a different mindset to recognize that people don't have the same bounce back that you do, so to care enough about the team you're building speaks volumes. much respect

  5. This is great, the culture you have at your company, and putting people first, it's the kind of stuff you hope for in businesses but never really see it in 99% of them. So I'm glad to see this in practice and will love to see how it works out and will definitely be adopting this philosophy when my time comes to own my own business

  6. Yaaawesome, Greaaat, Ouuutstadinggg; music, camera angle's, camera cuts, camera depth, superb audio quality, quality camera equipment, exceptional backgrounds and locations, and as always wonderful and inspiring content.

  7. This is fantastic. Yes to all of this. People first. Gary… you have a lot that you could teach people in faith communities. Not sure if you ever thought that was your lane….but…your voice is needed in so many spaces. Thanks again for your generosity. You've changed my life and my grind in a matter of 3 weeks.

  8. Shit.
D-rock: these clips are getting better and better and better – just the production, editing, etc alone, these episode are more engaging and interesting to watch then 99% of "professional". ooh and that music..

Gary: What can I say man, 1% better every week.

  9. Gary Vee's planner is all like:

    Tuesday:
    – Wake up early
    – Take helicopter to work. Tell my peeps what the fuck is up & that I love their asses.
    – Fly to Chicago, to give speech about doing epic shit & crushing it.
    – Fly to Dallas — inspire the fuck out of people.
    – Make epic youtube video.

    NBD.
