Awesome Tip: How to Grow a Family Business | Gary Vaynerchuk Original Film
In my 20s, I had a burning desire to pay back my parents for everything they did for me.
They didn’t put me on “financially”, they put me on emotionally. And I’m unbelievably grateful for that.
It was the great joy of my life to enter my family business and work hard for them for 15 years … I would do it 500 times over if I had to!
I talk more about my family business in this video – check it out and leave your two cents in the comments!

Radical candor…nice. A great way to sum it up.
Damn, man, my eyes are full of tears! Working for my dad here and, yeah, just after my 29 I realized that I was full of shit and my dad gave a lot to me and he's still giving. I just can be grateful for my dad and for you, Gary.
Hi Gary, I would love to interview you for our Family Business TV Show in Dubai, happy to meet you anywhere that works. Please have your office contact me to make it happen. Much appreciated, Reg
Wow.. Really helps me a lot. Thanks Gary! I hope you keep inspire people all over the world, God bless you man 🙂
wow he sounds like charlie puth
It's amazing how Mr Vaynerchuk can say so much and mean so little. He pretends to tell you how, but only ends up getting admiration from suckers.
How I could help my family business better if I couldn't change anything or don't have the power to change rules / habit for the system and workers?
I hope to be the Texas version of Gary Vee just with a late start and no liquor store, but with the baseball cards and #fliplife … 2019 is my year and finding Gary Vee is the nitro methane i need to get to the top of my niche
This guy. Fucking love his energy
interesting how he says he was perfectly parented yet he also spent a year and a half crying for having to go to work cause it was so shitty. would like to hear more on that
Aye Projects To Mansions!
This is so true, my family been poor, always, but im working my face off. I want my kids to live well and enjoy life and say dad really did that shit for us…
Talks a big game turned 3 million into 160. Big numbers but still started with 3 mill. He’s shoveling shit into everyone’s mouths. A non racist trump if you will. Successful but how relatable to real people? Not one bit. “ my grandmother made me do chores one day” shut up you were a millionaire at birth. Look up the real numbers people.
It's all about the long game, you start at the bottom and you show up every day by doing the work.
I was having doubts with my parent’s suggestion of building our family business instead of building my own, this video has cleared my mind of what I should do. Thanks a lot, Gary!
Soo inspiring!! Thank you @garyvee for your life!
This inspires me to be a great parent.
Love the pullover at 1:55
where did you buy it gary?
Great relationship between you and your dad, great video and nice to see that side of you Gary
I really respect everything about gary but only one thing bothers me here is,
He is associated with the business of alcohol i.e. wine(and that's okay)
He helps so many people change their lives and thinks about the young generation in a very critical sense and all sorts of advises portray that he cares significantly about the truth.
What about the truth of alcohol industry? Packaged poision is the real business? The second most addictive substance in the world which Kills over 2.5 million people not even close to heroin which is 70000.
So this basically says that we should just care about the business and finances ,and not what the product is doing to the society for years with everlasting effects on the life.
And some morons will say what about moderate drinkers,we all are fine
What if i tell u to take heroin in moderation?would that be fine?
Does gary care about the fact that he is associated with a wine i.e. alcohol industry?
Does wine and alcohol consumers have good consequences after consumption?
Hey does anyone remember the episode number when Gary was in his office (I think signing books) and he was waiting to go into a meeting. But the ppl he was meeting with were not ready. He sent Tyler to check. Soon as he did, they were instantly ready Gary got pissed lol. He then made them wait in return and told Tyler "they fucked up"…which they did. The reason I want to find this episode is to show people the next interaction a few minutes later between Tyler (I think it is) and Gary. Ty comes back and tells Gary they have to go now because theyre late…Gary responds "I don't have to do anything." I think thats an important mindset to remember throughout life. Not enough people realize that. Theyre victims to what other people say they have to do. I want that moment in Daily Vee to get more awareness!

I could not relate more to Garys story, especially being raised with foreign parents who hardly understand English XD And if anyone happens to be interested in healthy living + eating, then you know what to do! I make eating healthy fun, joyful and vibrant! Please know though, that just like the legend Gary himself, I too appreciate your time and truly value tour attention, so hopefully you get something from it 🙂
Can u please make a video on radical candor
2:30 That one line got me – Family business dynamics are good for losers but if you're talented you've to pay the biggest tax.

Pretty glad I didn’t have to take over my dads business.
The face of Soviet-era child abuse. Nice.
Who are these horrible people that dislike this film? (nodding my head) Drock is a master and Vaynerchuk a Master!
