I like these types of meetings. I can identify with these people.
Man the trenches is where the action is at. Loved this meeting and thanks for all of your amazing business insights. Clouds and Dirt baby! Have a great weekend team G!
The internet is the middle AND the man!
Gary will take your broccoli. Hold yours close
To the guy with the planners at 1:04:47 …
This is what I would do….
1.) Free + Shipping Offer on the physical planner for the first one and then auto-bill quarterly at $29 (or whatever your break-even is on the front end after buying traffic). At this price point that works out to $116 per year, which is $9.67 per month. It could be billed quarterly at $29 or annually at $97.
2.) After getting their info, upsell them into an online membership program and app at either $9.99/mo ($97/yr) or $97/mo ($997/yr). Like Gary said, it’s either one of the two spectrums… and it all depends on the quality of valuable content that dictates what you should be charging.
3.) Create high-ticket live events that sell for $497-997, then invite the experts in the topics covered by your product. Also take a look a virtual seminars that can be run as lead-gen campaigns that lead into your other products.
I think the biggest takeaway is to not be afraid of breaking even on the front end with the product that doesn’t scale (physical item) and making money on the back end with scalable digital products and high-ticket events.
This is all just my personal opinion of course 🙂
That bald guys story is in "Made to Stick" Chip Heath & Dan Heath
Guy on the right of Gary getting a neck cramp from nodding so much and he never even talks strategy on his own business and ambitions. Absolutely bonkers.
I'm astonished by the people that sat there like lumps on a log the entire time. What a collossal waste.
men's grooming company? check out Duke Cannon. I love their products, they donate to veterans, and their marketing is great and funny.

"You guys aren't foolin around" – Sounds like they are..badaboom!
Why are there always audio issues in the videos? Like distortion and shit?
At 1:39 Gary's microexpressions said a lot about how he felt about the idea. Granted he did seem engrossed.
fukken uplifting, yo
I'd love to hear more about designers and their lack of willingness to do free work!
whats old is new whats new is old… either GaryVee consulted for starWars, Gary is a star wars fan or both are on the same exact wave
Great discussion. The small group QA allows deeper discussion. Please do more of this.
1:42:00 I can relate! Get off the payroll!! 😀 😀
I've just decided to quit my full time position as a lurker! I know you really appreciate the support of everyone here, leaving comments and giving feedback so i want to add my thoughts. I've been catching up on alot of your content but this is one of my favourites! The long format is good but the main reason i love this is because we get to relate to the people you are talking to, and that adds value. Its a group of down to earth and mostly modest people with ambition. I've seen lots of you're conference Q&As and some people ask great questions, but we don't get much background or context to they're questions. With this format we understand why the people are asking the questions, and see what problems fellow entrepreneurs are facing. Each of the people have interesting stories in they're own right and its great to watch you all bounce off of each other. The group covered a wide range of subjects and we got alot of insights. I'd actually love to see another video of you giving advice to a group of people where we get the background, the problems, the advice and maybe even a followup to see any progress! It would be great to see how your tips and advice actually impact on these peoples lives and businesses OR if they havn't taken/followed your advice it would be equally great to watch you burn them! haha
Bring back….Gee Your Hair Smells Terrific!!
I don't understand how parents can force their adult children to go to college??? Don't blame the parents. Their adult kids are making the choice.
Love the content. I don’t mind that it’s so long. Loving the audiobook Crushing It. I listen to Gary during my 5:30am workout. Even listening at my 9-5. Real people working hard to get what they want. Hard work pays off. Sometimes you gotta eat dirt to get where you want to be.
Gary, I believe you're talking about Resveratrol ☺
this is amazing. so glad there was a designer there, I also design, and actually wanted to know some similar things to her. such valuable advice. thank you Gary
Great content and I'm still a Gary V fan, but when you put ALL network marketers/MLM into a group of "all about the money" and "ripping people off" I have a problem with that. It's total BS, doesn't represent the majority in that industry and isn't at all reflective of what network marketing/MLM really can provide to people who want to be entrepreneurs but can't afford to buy a franchise or start a traditional business. Network Marketing/MLM is the lowest risk, lowest overhead way to start your own business and many times the gateway business for many big entrepreneurs. Like anything, you shouldn't judge everyone in a particular group based upon the actions of a few. Find out what individuals and their actions are really all about.
Great video, Gary. Love the concept of getting 8 fans into a meeting. Such a cool idea! Really motivational.
Omg this is the best video! Amazing, valuable advice that any business can use. Thanks for this!!
Hey Gary….Im a clinical nutritionist and the component you're thinking of is Resveratrol and it is considered as an antioxidant derived from grapes. It is now also sold as a supplement. Because of your advice Ive started a side hustle http://www.wildmarketing.ca thanks for the advice!
1 hour and 45 minutes of Gary Vee is 10000000000000000 better than a movie these days. NOTHING BUT VALUE GARY GIVES.. wishing everyone who reads this a happy life. Love to all the vaynernation
never before have I experienced something with so much relevant value.
I only took about 17 pages of notes. 🙂 Thanks for the video. As always not a second of wasted time.
Probably the best video in ages, I like the longer uncut ones you can pick out so much and it has context.
Watched this a few times. Being part of the table talk as a viewer really brings me into the moment and gives me a real sense of the deep thinking and connection going on. "So this is what it's like to sit down amongst high performing individuals." I turn to this video whenever I'm eating. There's a lot of good shit, ideas, and lines of thoughts being discussed among the peers. I'd love to see more hour long videos, Gary. I can dive into any part of the video, and there'd be really good discussions. I'd also love to see the so called "unsexy grunt work" because I think it'll make the "hard work" real for viewers. Thanks from Canada for letting us be part of the high level business chat moment.
