You’re a great leader of men/women by what you’ve said, you know the issues your employees and you can understand them, I want to start a English/Spanish translation business, with a lot more involved. I love the way you speak to people and I see it as the way forward with your methods. The empathy and understanding to people is second to none and that is what I’d love to build my business around , a round of applause to you Gary Vee, you’re an example to a lot of people!   16. That level of involvement after the show, is the same reason I disagree with you about a leader or boss sensing sadness, discomfort or negativity in an employee as they pass by. You said you think you're different because you sense it, I say you're different because you actually act on it and seek out the negative to turn it to a positive; involvement. Too many leaders or bosses aren't willing to get their hands dirty and actually get involved, even when they sense that negativity. It's bullshit to think that all humans can't sense that negative emotion, it's much more realistic that the vast majority aren't willing to take the action to correct it.
