Awesome Tip: 5 Tips to Hustle Without Burning Out

My friends … in 2019 let’s all make more of a commitment to understand that happiness is the ultimate ROI.

Not money.

Not hustle.

So much of what I say about “hard work” is taken out of context and perspective. It’s not about how much sleep you’re getting or even how many hours you’re putting in at work.

It’s about the quality of your work in the hours you do commit.

  1. Hey everyone, I’m a neuroscience student trying to find out how one could make the lives of Entrepreneurs with anxiety and stress a lot easier

Which is why I have two very simple questions:

    1. As entrepreneurs who may live with anxiety (and/or stress), what are the 2 biggest issues you’re dealing with?
    2. Regarding your issues, what would you wish for more than anything else?

Thanks so much in advance – looking forward to reading your answers!

  2. Gary, how do you avoid burnout if you don't have any support system at all? One of the issue's i'm often faced with is putting in work – but then feeling the fatigue of getting 0 ROI for content I'm passionate about – and then feeling overwhelming loneliness when my voice carries such little weight. To be quite honest, I don't have many friends or know many people who could be a source of support through the ups and the downs of being a creator. It's been challenging to constantly produce content that falls on deaf ears so-to-speak. I want to produce value that has tangible outreach. Did you experience anything similar when you were first starting out? What are your thoughts?

  3. I wanted to thank you for the content you provide on this platform, twitter and in the books you've written. There are two people I would consider my sincere inspiration and role models and you are one of them.

My life isn't perfect by any stretch of the imagination in more ways than one but I swear I'm working to change that and it's the biggest most frustrating challenge of my life but when I put anything of yours on I know I'm going to be okay.

  4. Just started my company this month in the sports marketing world and have my first Vlog up on my channel documenting the day to day journey of my company. Only 1 employee, no office, no sales, really excited for the journey and documenting from day one. If anyone is interested in checking my channel out, I'd really appreciate the feedback on what content you'd like.

  5. I love Gary’s content and practical info across all boards. Sound advice doesn’t have to be tweaked. I recently started my YouTube channel giving my .2 cents as well. Just crossed the 10k view mark. I would really appreciate some support getting subscribers.

  6. Im working on balancing hustle with self-awareness of what makes me happy right now. I think I worked to the point of burnout but I also find a lot of happiness in working hard. Yet I also find a lot of happiness in watching basketball and going on dates so its tough to decide what to prioritize. Regardless I like the point at the end where they talked about how at the end of the day its just business, its so true perspective is everything. Love the content Gary, time to get off of youtube and get back to work!

  7. It's actually kind of sad that folks think you mainly say to "grind so hard you fall apart" when really all of these year's you've basically been saying "do you". This video has a bunch of amazing stuff in it though. Thanks for all of the information as always!
