I read down here “guys in suits listening to a guy in a T-shirt” the reason is, because Gary doesn’t accept any BS! He will burn down your excuse house and remind you what you’re doing wrong.
Ever since I’ve been on the Gary Vee path I’ve definitely stopped making excuses. It wasn’t easy. Do you still make excuses? What’s the hardest part about NOT making excuses for you? For me, it was the brutal honest truth not being what I wanted to hear or see.
